Numonyx Chooses YRG for Global Communications Campaign
YRG to develop global ad and lead-generation campaign for leading non-volatile memory developer
Portland, Ore., August 6, 2008 – Following an extensive agency search, Numonyx chose YRG, an integrated marketing communications agency, to create a worldwide advertising and lead-generation campaign for its broad line of memory technologies. YRG is attracting innovative companies like Numonyx to its growing roster of clients because of its depth of experience in key industries including technology, education and healthcare, and for its ability to develop strategic marketing communications programs with proven results.
Numonyx, headquartered in Switzerland with U.S. headquarters in Folsom, Calif., is the only exclusively non-volatile memory developer and manufacturer in the world. Launched in 2008, Numonyx was formed by combining the technology and manufacturing expertise of the flash memory divisions of Intel and ST Microelectronics.
Numonyx designs and manufactures a full complement of integrated NOR, NAND and Phase-change non-volatile memory technologies and products to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of customers in the cellular, data and embedded markets. Recently introduced, the company’s phase-change memory promises to be the most significant non-volatile memory advancement in several decades. Numonyx is dedicated to providing high-density, low-power memory technologies and packaging solutions to a global base of customers to enable them to accelerate the development of next-generation technologies.
“Numonyx is set to become an industry leader in the memory market and poised to reinvigorate the entire electronics industry with its ground-breaking phase-change memory technology,” said Mike Heiser, president and CEO of YRG. “YRG’s combination of audience insights, stellar creative and compelling and relevant messaging will help Numonyx achieve its goals, build its brand and compete more effectively for international business.”
YRG has extensive experience developing strategic and uniquely creative integrated marketing campaigns for manufacturers of components including LCDs, memory products, microprocessors, semiconductors and optoelectronics. In addition, as a member of the Worldwide Partners Network, YRG has the ability to utilize other members and provide additional depth and breadth of global resources to enable clients to grow their business.
