11/14/11 Freightliner Supplier Award Received
In recognition of the hard work and dedication on the Freightliner iPad sales tool app, Pop Art was awarded the "Extra Mile" award at the Freightliner Trucks Fall 2011 Marketing Summit.
Several members of the Freightliner Trucks marketing team cited multiple instances of extra effort put in by Pop Art team members (including an especially heroic moving MAX train bug fix) in their nomination.
Pop Art received top honors after a vote by the summit's 150-plus attendees, Beating out several other worthy vendor partners. Voters included representatives from Freightliner Trucks, Detroit Diesel, SelecTrucks, Daimler Trucks Financial, Western Star and Thomas Built Bus, as well as the brands' agency marketing partners.
Pop Art's client-side project liaison also received the award for "Best Project Manager," for the same project, while competing against an equally tough field.
"Awards like these mean a lot more to me than the typical awards an agency receives," said Pop Art CEO Steve Rosenbaum. "Of course, recognition from our industry peers is great, but knowing that we've moved the needle for our clients makes the late nights worthwhile."
