We’re looking for a Creative Director to serve as a problem solver and visionary; someone who can grow client accounts, and mentor to help drive excellence among the creative team. The Creative Director will play a strong leadership role within the agency, in new business development and also client relationships. We're looking for a talented person who can drive vision for brands with actionable creative strategies that drive business results.
We'd like to see you have the following background:
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates multi-faceted creative execution and problem solving.
• 5+ years of experience in leading creative teams toward successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of developing both brand and digital creative including websites, online communities, and email campaigns.
• Solid understanding of the role of strategy in design and business, with excellent client relationship skills.
